Booking at Nowornevamusic (NON) Studios

Recording Terms with Staff Engineer: $65/hr

• 2 hour minimum required
• Recording vocals only; Light Mixing included
• Vocal Eq, Delay and Compression will be added to vocals
• Full Mixing and Mastering is Not included in this rate. Mixing rates are specialty rates
• Additional beats, keys or instrumentation is not included and will not be provided. Please ask the engineer when you come to the studio for your recording session
• All bookings begin & end on the hour (not on the half hour)

Photography/Video Studio Rental Terms:

Option 1: $45/hr (2 hour minimum required)

Option 2: $200.00 weekly special (8 scheduled hours to use with 7 days)

• Cameras, Photo Equipment, Dance Pole And Studio Lights Not Included With Price
• All bookings begin & end on the hour (not on the half hour)
• All setup and breakdown must be within the booked time (and not before or after).
• Maximum of 12 attendees per session booked (total cast & crew).
• Space must be reserved and booked with full payment in advance (no walk-ins). You can book your photo and/or video time directly online.
• If your shoot is running behind schedule, please ask to extend your booking before the end of the shoot. It will be allowed if there is not another booking in the space. All additional time is in full hour increments.
• No refunds

Terms and Conditions

1. Client agrees to pay for booked time at the rate in effect at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. No refunds.

2. Client is responsible for all monies due to NON and shall make payment in advance to NON through PayPal or debit or credit card. No cash.

3. Any additional charges incurred by Client during booked time, must be paid at the completion of the booked session. The Client is responsible for any and all legal costs and attorney’s fees required to collect payment for any services rendered.

4. Booked time includes setup time, break down time, and any breaks taken by the artist(s) or (if using) engineer.

Recording Session with Staff Engineer – The engineer will be allowed a break of up to 15 minutes every 2 hours to alleviate ear fatigue. The engineer will be allowed one 30-minute meal break per session and an additional meal break for sessions lasting longer than eight (8) hours. All such time is on the clock.

5. NON is not responsible for any property left on premises by Client and is not responsible for loss due to theft, fire, acts of God, or other occurrences beyond its control.

6. Client shall be responsible for any loss or damage to NON property incurred by Client, employees of Client, guests of Client, or agents of Client, as a result of misuse, negligence, and or carelessness.

7. Backing up or copying to external media or to an external hard drive supplied by the Client will be done during booked time. Client shall provide his or her own external media and/or hard drives for this purpose. If needed, NON can provide thumb drives at an additional cost. Client will not have access to such media until all payments due the NON have been made.

8. The Client releases NON from any harm or damage that may occur to any person in the Client’s party or to equipment belonging to the Client.

9. Food and drinks are not allowed in the studio; however food and drink are allowed in the photo/video/event space. Any spills that cause damage to the building or equipment will be to be billed to the Client.

10. There is no parking on the premises. Please park on Sisson Street or the surrounding areas. Please be mindful of all ‘No Parking’ signs. NON is not responsible for any towed vehicles.

11. Please help us keep the area neat and orderly. Do not leave food or trash around the grounds or in the photo/video/event space. Please clean up any mess that you make. Place all trash in trash cans.

12. NON studios is a smoke-free place.

13. All clients agree to all of the above at time of booking and during the booked session. Anything not covered in the above is at the discretion of NON.
